Click here to access the link for our Days of Significance Calendar 2024. The calendar aims to raise awareness of significant times in different religious and non-religious traditions in 2024. Each month has a list of days that are relevant to the study of Religious Education with a brief description of the significance of each day being acknowledged that month.
There is also space for additional days to be included, for example, days which are unique to specific school contexts. The calendar can be used within the RE classroom to support further learning around days of significance for students at both junior and senior cycle, and in a variety of ways, to support learning about and from different religious and non-religious traditions.
