Fostering an Inclusive Culture in Primary Schools

This PLE aims to support school leaders & teachers in fostering an inclusive culture in their schools. Through discussion and reflection, participants will have opportunities to:

  • develop their understanding of inclusion and diversity.
  • explore how school culture, relationships, partnerships, policy, planning, curriculum and pedagogical approaches influence a learner’s sense of belonging in school.
  • reflect on their current school culture and consider how they can build on and develop their current practices.

This PLE had a very successful run last term and will open again for applications in the coming school year (2025/2026)
