This interactive online PLE supports school leaders through the DEIS planning process.
Over three facilitated online sessions, participants will:
- Reflect on one theme in their DEIS plan and identify a focus area.
- Build skills in using data for evidence-based decision-making.
- Learn to set clear, measurable targets with aligned actions.
Between sessions, participants will complete structured school-based activities:
Evidence-gathering task.
Two one-hour whole staff engagements supported by an online resource.
