Foireann na Gaeilge & Foireann an GhaelAonaid are delighted to provide a festival of learning, An Tionól Teagaisc for teachers of Irish in T1 and T2 schools on the 9th of March 2024. Over 300 teachers of Irish gather at the Tionól Teagaisc on an annual basis which shows that the importance and the enjoyment of the occasion is firmly embedded amongst the community. The event for this school year will take place in Killashee House Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare (W91 DC98) and it will offer a forum for teachers to assemble face to face to discuss various aspects of teaching and learning of Irish. Interactive workshops will be offered, as well as insights from guest speakers throughout the day.
