The Circular provides details of the postgraduate upskilling programme, funded by the Department of Education and Youth and delivered by Dublin City University (DCU), for teachers of Social, Personal and Health Education (SPHE) and Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) at post-primary level. The programme will commence in 2027.
