The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) has revised the specification for Junior Cycle Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) in response to findings in the recent early enactment review of Junior Cycle MFL.

The current JCMFL curriculum specification (NCCA, 2017) will be phased out with the student cohort 2025 – 2028 (students in third year in 2028).
