Overview of Webinar:
This workshop examined the concept of the Flipped Classroom, a blended learning model, where students are introduced to new concepts or content (video/podcasts/text) at home and where the classroom time is flipped allowing students to practice and apply their understanding through teacher-led or peer-led discussion, debate, and structured activities.

Overview of Workshop:
This workshop provided Geography teachers with an opportunity to understand the importance of the Geographical Investigation in a fluvial environment, making practical connections between rivers, the physical environment and the transferability of skills to other areas in the senior cycle curriculum.
