This PLE aims to support school leaders & teachers in fostering an inclusive culture in their schools. Through discussion and reflection, participants will have opportunities to:
- develop their understanding of inclusion and diversity.
- explore how school culture, relationships, partnerships, policy, planning, curriculum and pedagogical approaches influence a learner’s sense of belonging in school.
- reflect on their current school culture and consider how they can build on and develop their current practices.
