By applying for in-school support, an Oide Professional Learning Leader can visit your school to provide support tailored to the specific needs of your school.
Sustained Support
Oide in-school support is also available on a sustained basis. Sustained Support is a deeper form of teacher professional learning aimed at building internal school capacity, enabling schools to drive and embed change as independent communities of learners.
This support is provided over a period of time, involving school leaders and teachers working towards clear and agreed-upon goals. In this context, our Professional Learning Leaders support teachers to collaboratively reflect and identify strengths and needs before deciding on the best way forward for their school.

This process includes up to three visits from an Oide Professional Learning Leader (PLL) during the 2025/2026 academic year, with clearly defined actions agreed upon between visits. School leaders and teachers will be expected to determine these priority areas in advance. Your assigned PLL will make contact prior to the initial visit to provide further detail.
