Professional Support Teams

“The PST consists of experienced colleagues who have completed a programme of professional learning with Oide, including mentor skill development.”

Through their professional learning and mentoring practice, members of the PST assist NQTs by providing insight, care, and sound professional advice. The resources below are intended to facilitate this mentoring work, enabling PST members to provide consistent, high-quality support to NQTs throughout Droichead.
