Overview of PLE 2023/24:

The resources from this Professional Learning Experience examine how the development of geographical skills in our classroom can enable students to think like geographers. Planning for the integration of geographical skills across the 3 years of Junior Cycle Geography is also reflected upon throughout this PLE.

Overview of PLE 2022/23:

The resources from this Professional Learning Experience examine the importance of using local geography in developing Units of Learning. As part of this examination, they reinforce the value of developing learner experiences which support student engagement, inclusion and assessment.   The resources from the session of the PLE reflect on planning over the 3 years of Junior Cycle geography.
